FAQs Will Be Updated Regularly - Please Check Back For The Latest Information

What is the grad night Celebration?

Grad Night is an outrageously fun party that celebrates the culmination of the Class of 2023's high school years. This special event is drug and alcohol-free. The night begins with a dinner and celebration for the Class of 2023 graduates and their parents. After the dinner and celebration, the parents will exit the party, and the graduates will continue the fun all night long.

When does the grad night Celebration take place?

The parent/grad dinner will take place at Claremont High School in Central Quad on Friday, June 16, 2023, beginning at 6:15 pm. Please note this is the day AFTER the graduation ceremony. After dinner, grads will be transported to a surprise destination.

Where does the Grad Night celebration take place?

The Grad Night Dinner will be at Claremont High School in Central Quad. The Senior’s all-night party/after-party location is still a secret and will be revealed at the dinner.

Can I drive myself to the “after-party” once I know where it’s at?

Any graduate that does not ride the bus to the “secret venue” will not be allowed in. Please note that graduates cannot solely attend the "after-party" and cannot be dropped off solely for dinner.

What is the cost?

As of May 2023, the student ticket cost is now $250. The parent ticket cost is $100 each. Graduates must attend with at least one parent/guardian. The ticket price includes dinner, entertainment, dancing and a parent/graduate photo. The students also enjoy a party that includes entertainment & all-night refreshments. Tickets are subject to further increase, so secure your spot today!

Did I already make my Grad Night Donation? How Can I check?

We have a list of students/parents who have reserved their spots for this unforgettable night! Click here to see if you are on the list. If you have a question or believe our records are incorrect, please email us at claremontclassof2023@gmail.com.

How Do I Reserve My Spot?

UPDATE: 6/2/23 The deadline to purchase your tickets has passed. We can no longer accept any more reservations.

When do I need to have my ticket paid in full?

The deadline to reserve a spot for you and your Senior to attend the Grad Night Festivities is Friday, May 26. Reservations will NO LONGER be accepted after this date.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the party?

Unfortunately, no. We are a 501c3, and we cannot refund any and all Grad Night Donations. This is a firm CPFA rule and out of our hands.

Do my parents need to attend?

YES! Graduates MUST be accompanied by a parent/adult guardian. Please note: All parents ONLY attend the dinner portion of the event and will leave somewhere around 11 pm. The 2023 graduates will then continue to party all night with their friends. If it is impossible for a parent to attend, you may petition to come with the parent of a friend who is also attending. Your transportation will need to be approved ahead of time. Students of blended families are allowed to have both sets of parents attend. Please make sure all parents’/guardians’ names are included on the form or given to us when you donate.

What Do I bring to Grad Night?

Graduates need to bring a comfortable change of clothing for the after-party, which will take place from eleven o'clock until approximately 5:00 am. We suggest jeans, sweats, pajama bottoms, comfortable shoes, and a light jacket. You may bring these items in a drawstring bag or backpack to dinner. Grads will change at the high school and leave their bags with parents, guardians, or chaperones. Please note that we will not have space at the party venue to accommodate backpacks or bags. Moreover, no bags/backpacks or purses will be allowed at the secret location. Rest assured; we will provide everything you need at the surprise venue. If you have concerns about not having something you need or any special circumstances, please contact Julia Zuker-Brunzell at 909.576.4224 or fill out the form here

Can I bring snacks or water with me?

No outside food or drinks (including water bottles) will be allowed into the party. Please note that this is an alcohol and drug-free event for graduates and parents. Any graduate failing to follow these rules will result in a parent phone call, and you must pick up your child immediately.

May out-of-town relatives, siblings, or other members of my family attend?

No. This celebration is for the students and their parents/step-parents. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other guests.

How do we dress for dinner?

Be picture-ready by dressing in business formal/semi-formal attire. Considering the unseasonably chilly weather, we recommend bringing a jacket.

Is Grad Night at Disneyland?

No, This year’s Grad Night celebration will NOT take place at Disneyland/Disney’s California Adventure. However, CHS ASB holds a traditional Senior Disneyland Day where the kids can celebrate with their friends at Disneyland. This is NOT a 2023 Booster event, but we can tell you that tickets for this have already gone on sale. If you have questions about this Disneyland day, you need to contact the ASB office.

Can I leave the party before it ends?

For safety reasons, all graduates must remain at the party until the designated time to leave unless they leave with their parents after dinner. If a graduate chooses to leave with his/her parents, the graduate MUST be signed out and can not return.

I never received my invitation, or I misplaced it. Where can I find that information?

What about the Graduation Ceremony?

The Class of 2023’s graduation ceremony will take place on Thursday, June 15, at Claremont High School. The time of this event is yet to be determined, but it is typically around 5/6 pm in the evening. Claremont High School and CUSD put on the graduation ceremony, and the Class of 2023 Boosters are NOT in charge of or part of the process of planning this event. If you have questions regarding the graduation ceremony, please get in touch with the school office. PLEASE NOTE: The Graduation ceremony is expected to last until around 7:45. Be aware that most grads stay after the ceremony to get final pictures with friends and family and expect it to take some time to exit the parking lot. If you are planning on making dinner reservations expect to make them late.
